Cinnamomum verum, Culinary sticks
Application: Improves digestion, increases appetite, antiseptic action. Beneficial with diabetes mellitus.
Usage: The bark breaks into long strips. For tea -1g bark boil with 300ml boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink 20 minutes before eating, slightly warm. For culinary purposes - used in salty dishes with potatoes, lentils or pasta - 1-2 strips / 5g / are cooked with the dish. After removal from the fire, they are removed.
