Ingredients: Inositol, Gelatin (capsule), Chromium (Chrompicolinat).
Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule once a day with water.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Chromium supports normal macronutrient metabolism.
